General Terms and Conditions of the Feng Cha Online Store

These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the Feng Cha online store, the rights of users, and the business relationship between the company and its customers.

As a customer, you are entitled to all rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

Information Availability

We are committed to providing customers with the following information at all times:

• Contact information for fast and efficient communication

• Product availability

• Delivery terms (delivery methods, location, and estimated delivery times)

• Available payment and shipping methods

• Validity period of offers and promotions

• The period during which you may withdraw from the purchase contract, including the conditions and any return costs

• A clear complaint procedure, including contact details for customer support

Shipping Costs

We ship all orders through reliable delivery partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. During checkout, you can choose home delivery or parcel locker collection where available.

Ordering Process

Once you select your products, enter your information, and confirm your order, your order is successfully placed. You will receive an order confirmation and any payment instructions via email. We will then verify product availability and notify you if any items are temporarily out of stock. If necessary, we reserve the right to contact you by phone regarding your order.

The purchase agreement between the customer and Feng Cha becomes legally binding once the customer receives the order confirmation via email.

Delivery

We are committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 10:00 AM (business days) are usually shipped the same working day. If any ordered product is temporarily unavailable, the shipment will be dispatched as soon as the item is back in stock.

Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners to the delivery address provided during checkout.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will provide instructions for collecting your parcel or arranging a new delivery, depending on the courier’s policy.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email or post within 15 days of placing your order. After notifying us, you have an additional 15 days to return the products at your own expense.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original, unopened packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned items.

Once your withdrawal request has been accepted, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

During checkout you can choose one of the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (cash or debit/credit card, where supported by the delivery service)

Credit or Debit Card

*Card payment on delivery depends on the delivery service and may not be available in all areas.

Prices & Offer Validity

The prices displayed at the time your order is confirmed are the prices that apply to your purchase. VAT is included in all prices unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Should this occur, we will contact you before processing your order.

Contract Storage

All purchase agreements and invoices are stored in written form. Your purchase contract is permanently archived by the seller.

Customers may submit complaints by telephone, email, or post. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly, efficiently, and whenever possible, through an amicable out-of-court settlement in accordance with applicable legislation.
