How does the Earth Flow earthing mat work?
The sheet is connected to an earthed electrical socket via a cable. Fine conductive threads are woven into its fabric, allowing negative ions to flow. These help to discharge the body and reduce built-up tension – much like walking barefoot on grass or earth.
The sheet is designed to be suitable for single and double beds – simply turn it the other way round.
The grounding sheet connects to a grounded socket. As it is made up of small wires, it conducts negative ions, which neutralise the voltage in our bodies. In the same way as when you walk barefoot across a lawn.
