Organic Houjicha (green tea)
Houjicha is a roasted Japanese green tea. The leaves and stems used are from the spring and early summer harvests. The tea has a distinctive roasted aroma. It has a delicate and mild flavour. It is excellent when enjoyed with food, and goes particularly well with fish dishes.
Houjicha is also suitable for children and pregnant women as it contains virtually no caffeine. It can also be enjoyed in the evening. This variety is organically grown.
