Australian Drops – Create Your Own

Australian Bush Flower Essences are natural flower essences prepared from wild-growing plants and flowers of the Australian continent. They are traditionally used on an emotional, mental and energetic level as gentle support for inner balance, clarity and overall well-being.

They were developed by Ian White, a renowned Australian natural therapist who continues a multi-generational tradition of working with the traditional energetic qualities of Australian plants.

The ABFE system includes 71 individual flower essences, which can be meaningfully combined into personalised blends intended to support an individual on their personal journey. The essences are traditionally associated with emotional balance, greater inner harmony and a sense of well-being.

A personalised blend of Australian essences is selected and prepared by a Certified ABFE (Australian Bush Flower Essences) Consultant according to your individual needs and challenges.

  • Suitable for people of different ages and stages of life, including children, older adults and pregnant women, as well as animals.
  • They are gentle and non-habit-forming.
  • Individual experiences and the time at which any effects are noticed may vary from person to person.
  • They are intended as complementary emotional support and are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional medical advice.
  • The drops are prepared by hand and freshly bottled on the day of dispatch.

How do Australian Drops work?

Australian Drops are traditionally described as working through energetic and vibrational principles rather than through a conventional chemical action. Each essence is associated with a specific energetic pattern that is traditionally used to:

  • support emotional balance
  • provide gentle support during periods of stress, fear and inner tension
  • encourage personal growth, self-confidence and emotional stability
  • provide support during life transitions and challenging periods

Their purpose is to provide gentle support for the individual’s natural processes of emotional balance and well-being.

What are they used for?

Australian Drops are traditionally used as complementary support during:

  • periods of stress and emotional tension
  • emotional exhaustion and feelings of being overwhelmed
  • grief, loss and difficult emotional experiences
  • relationship and communication challenges
  • low self-confidence and feelings of helplessness
  • life changes such as moving house, starting a new job, pregnancy or menopause

Australian Drops can be incorporated into personal well-being routines as a form of complementary emotional support, with the aim of encouraging greater harmony and inner peace. Our Australian Drops blends are prepared according to the method developed by Ian White and exclusively with original Australian Bush Flower Essences.
