This Creole spice blend is something truly exceptional. It is made according to a recipe from the island of Réunion, where restaurants have long been experimenting with spices and constantly producing new and surprising spice blends. This recipe was born not only out of passion, but above all out of a love of spices.

Uses

This is a special blend that enhances the flavour of all sorts of salads, tomatoes, gherkins, artichokes and aubergines. It also goes perfectly with feta cheese, and you can use it for marinating beef or for barbecues, as well as for seasoning fish such as sea bream.

When seasoning meat, you can sprinkle the spice mix over beef or pork cutlets whilst frying, or use it to make a marinade. Creole spice mix is a delicate and balanced combination of five spices, with which you can surprise your family and guests.

Ingredients

Greek hay, garlic, ginger, thyme, pink pepper.

May contain traces of chives and mustard.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark and cool place. Ensure the bag or box is tightly sealed.

An airtight zip-lock bag, in which the product retains all its freshness and aroma. The packaging protects against light and air, as it consists of several layers of protection that preserve the properties of the contents.

The packaging is very practical and can be recycled.
